January, 2008----Safety Speed Cut is pleased to announce the latest addition to their vertical panel saw family.  The new C5 vertical panel saw is a compact version of their larger panel saw models.  The C5 measures 5 ft. in length with the ability to crosscut up to 64” and rip cut up to 96”.  The machine comes standard with a 3¼ hp, 15 amp industrial duty saw motor with the ability to change from vertical to horizontal cutting in seconds.  This machine is designed for customers who have limited shop space or when cutting on site is necessary such as construction sites.  The C5 can be tailored with a wide range of accessories to maximize its productivity and versatility. 

July, 2007---- Safety Speed Cut announced that they will be giving away a brand new vertical panel saw at the upcoming AWFS show in Las Vegas, NV.  The prize is a C4 vertical panel saw nicely equipped with a Silver Package of accessories.  The package includes a dust kit, quick stop gauge, saw blade, fixed stand and wheels.  The drawing will be held on Saturday, July 21st at 12:00 at booth #13017.

July, 2006----Safety Speed Cut is pleased to announce the addition of a unique sign saw package and knife kit to their product line-up.  The new sign saw package includes a bundle of accessories designed for and proven by industry experts allowing them to cut a large variety of sign materials easier and safer.  The new knife kit allows for dust free cutting of foamcore, coroplast, gaterboard and anything else that can be cut with a utility knife. Both the sign saw package and knife kit can be added to their C4 and H-Series panel saws.

April, 2006----Safety Speed Cut is pleased to announce the addition of laser lines to their vertical panel saws.  This optional laser device available on all their vertical panel saws with the exception of the 7400 Series and European Style ES52 increases precision cutting at a very affordable price.  The laser line can mount on an existing machine or can be purchased as a complete package from the factory.

The unit projects up to a 28” cutting line with an adjustable focus and an on-demand power switch.  The units are powered by one 3 volt battery that runs up to 40 hours. This useful tool will put an end to miscuts reducing waste and maximizing yields.

January, 2006----Safety Speed Cut is pleased to announce the addition of Digital Readouts to their vertical panel saws and routers.  This optional digital measuring device is available on all their vertical panel saws and routers with the exception of the European style ES52 adding digital precision and repeatability at a very affordable price.  The digital readout can mount on an existing quick stop gauge bracket or can be purchased as a complete package.

The digital readouts are available for both the 5ft and 8ft quick stop gauges.  The units are powered by two AA batteries that run up to 8 months.  Each device displays readings in millimeters, decimal inches or fractions.  This useful tool will put an end to inaccurate tape readings and repeatability problems.
